Site layouts for the financier's personal tropical island featured within the released materials.
Furthermore contained in this latest image drop is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier acquired a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had formulated plans to build upon the 161-acre island by building living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Marked on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the territory, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is marked up in handwritten red notes and includes a legend identifying different sections of the property.
Alongside this are what seem to be several other property layouts and engineering blueprints, featuring layouts for marina coverings.
More documentation made public as part of the continuing investigative release.
